BUT thinking positive.
If you do have insurance, make sure you buy the car back and I'll buy it off you

That way the parts don't go to wreckers instead they go back into the starlet community .
Plus with the bounty of money you will have from Insurance you can buy a better starlet !

ha ha yea il be loosing money hope its not ay complete ride off.. its only insured for 7grand...
i miss it allreadyy.. its gonna be jacked up tomorrow or next day. so they are going to let me know whats th real damage. so fingers crossed.. i kno th rear axle is bent but yea hopfully th frame isnt out of wack to much cause th boot doesnt line up.. it was in th rain . th man reakons he didnt see me.. nd so i had to go to th cop shop to give statement =(

If your rear axel is bent, then its a write off. almost guaranteed.
Is their any damage to the rood ? eg kinked etc.

I don't think you should loose money ? How much did you buy the car for ?
Say you get 7g back , they usually charge you $500 -$800 to buy the car back so you come out with $6,000

You can either 1) sell off the parts which will make you the most money or 2) sell the shell.

Either way your coming out with $7,000 - $8,000 ( 8 if you part it out yourself over a few months)

Look at the starlets going for the 8,000 - 9,000 mark on this site !

Tim ( HAR45's) or even Bec's ep91 with a few more $ thrown in . Both of those cars are
an upgrade to almost any starlet on this site and have had 20-30k spent on them

You should have been given the option to buy it straight away.
If it was on a truck going to auctions on the 20th by now the car will have already been sold to a wrecker
