Heres some pics and instructions of my rear sway bar install on my EP82 GT Starlet.

Attach the sway bar to the rear axle. Make sure to apply plenty of lithium grease supplied in the kit. Tighten the clamps as tight as you can. The bushes will not deform.

Make sure to apply grease to all moving parts!! Align the support rod so it sits vertical and then mark the 90 degree bracket screw hole on the chasis rail so you know where to drill. Make sure you do this on both sides!

Remove rear passenger side wheel and then remove the weather shield so you have enough room to drill into the chasis rail.

Bolt the 90 degree bracket onto the chassis.

Now do the same for the drivers side - remove wheel, drill, boltup..

Bolt up the support rod to the bracket - make sure that the bushes do not deform when you are tightening them up and remember to grease up as well!

There we have it.. All done.!!

BTW. Words really cannot describe how this has totally changed the handling of the car! It handles corners very predictably and the rear bunny hop has vanished! - its crazy. If you have any money to spend on the starlet. Get this!!
