This took a bit more work than i was expecting and the temp fluctuates a bit more than it did with the standard radiator, but doesnt seem too bad.

This is for an EP71 with a 4efte but would be fairly similar for a EP82 and EP91.

Comparing the two:

First I took one of the top mounts from the radiator and used it upside down on the bottom as a bottom mount .

Next I used some old mitsubishi magna mounts of my dads sh*# box.

They are an L shape mount and suited the radiator. I had a problem in this step, that was when the radiator was done up it sat too low and was too difficult to undo the cap. So I used the mounts upsidedown (to make them fit i had to shorten them and change where the bolt ran through them).

For the fan I got dad to weld some new tabs on the top for me, the bottom one screwed in fine.

And the coolant I used, best stuff these guys make, claimed to last 4 Years/100,000kms
